Terms of Service

Who we are
DataraFlow Hub is a product of DataraFlow Limited. These terms govern your use of the service, whichever business or storefront you access it through. If anything here is unclear, send us a message before you rely on it.
Your account
Accounts are by application. You tell us who you are and what your business does, we read it, and a person decides — we may approve or decline an application, and we'll tell you either way by email. Approval creates your account and one business; if you run more than one, each gets its own. You agree to give us accurate information in that application and to keep it current afterwards. You're responsible for keeping your password and any staff credentials you create secure, and for anything that happens under your account as a result of a credential you shared or lost.
Your data is yours
The inventory, sales, debts, expenses, staff records and every other business record you enter belongs to your business, not to us. You can export the whole of it to Excel at any time, from inside the product, with no notice required. We never sell your business records, and we never share them with anyone outside your own staff without your consent.
Acceptable use
Use DataraFlow Hub for lawful trade only. Don't use the public storefront to sell anything illegal, don't attempt to abuse or circumvent the rate limits that keep the service usable for everyone, and don't try to access another business's data or workspace. We may suspend an account that does either.
Service and availability
The service is provided as-is. We work in reasonable good faith toward uptime, but we don't promise a specific availability figure, and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance can interrupt access. DataraFlow Hub is free to use today. If we ever introduce a fee or a paid tier, we'll give you advance notice before it applies to your account.
Termination
You may stop using DataraFlow Hub at any time, for any reason, and take your full data export with you when you go — we won't hold it hostage. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, breaks the law, or violates the acceptable-use section above, and we'll tell you why when we do.
Liability
In plain words: to the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from your use of DataraFlow Hub is capped at the amount you've paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free account, is zero. We're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we'll post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use DataraFlow Hub after a change means you accept the update.
