What we collect

When you apply for an account, we collect what the application form asks for: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your business's name and address, a description of what the business does, and how you heard about us. We keep that application, and our decision on it, whether or not it is approved.

If you write to us through the contact form, we keep what you sent — your name, your email address and the message itself — so we can read it and reply. It is kept after we have replied, so we can see what was already asked and answered if you write again.

To run your business once you're approved, we hold the records you enter into DataraFlow Hub yourself: inventory, sales, debts, expenses, staff and the like, plus any product photos you upload for your storefront. We also keep technical logs — the ordinary access and error records any web service generates — to keep the service running and secure.

What we never do

We never sell your data, and we never run advertising trackers on DataraFlow Hub. There is no ad network, pixel or third-party tracker on this site or in the product.

Where it lives

Your data is hosted on Railway infrastructure — the same platform runs our database and our file storage, where uploaded product photos and data exports are kept.

Cookies

We use one kind of cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Third-party services

This site uses Google Fonts to serve its typefaces. That means your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers to fetch the fonts when you load a page, which is the one third-party request your browser makes on our behalf.

We send transactional email — the acknowledgement of an application, the decision on it, and staff credentials when you choose to email them — through ZeptoMail, a Zoho service. Sending you one of those emails means giving ZeptoMail the address it is going to and the contents of the message. We use it for nothing else: there is no marketing email, no newsletter, and no mailing list.

Google Fonts and ZeptoMail are the only two third parties involved in running DataraFlow Hub. There is no ad network, no analytics service and no other processor.

Who can see your business's figures

Your own staff can see what you decide they should see — DataraFlow Hub's permission system lets you control who sees money figures and who doesn't. DataraFlow staff do not look at your business's data as a matter of course; if we ever need to, for support, it's only with your consent.

Your rights

You can export your business's full data to Excel at any time from inside the product, no request needed. If you'd like us to correct or delete data on your behalf, send us a message and we'll act on it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we do, we'll post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date at the top.
